Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates using a variety of methods (job boards, social media, etc.) 📱
• Screen resumes and job applications 📝
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods 🎤
• Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated 🚀
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices 📚
• Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team 📊
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process 🤝

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Staffing Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role 🏆
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases 💻
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 🗣️
• Strong decision-making skills 🧠
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 🏃‍♀️
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field 🎓
